Jamie's Fish Suppers

Hoping to break the nations habitual consumption of salmon, cod and tuna, Jamie rustles up some quick and easy seafood suppers using less familiar yet just as delicious varieties. Recipes with mackerel, coley, mussels and trout feature in these special four minute shows that endeavour to keep fish and seafood on the menu for future generations.

In addition marine biologist Tooni Mahto dives in at the deep end, getting up close and personal with fish to determine why some species are diminishing.

Jamie serves up some delicious new recipes to inspire fish lovers to try different types of fish. This time Jamie turns to farmed sources:

- Pan-cooked Mediterranean-style Dab Jamie Oliver dishes up pan-cooked Mediterranean-style dab - a cheap, delicious alternative to flatfish like sole and plaice.
- Crab Cakes with a Hot, Blackened Salsa Jamie Oliver turns to a great British shellfish for inspiration as he cooks up delicious crab cakes with a hot, blackened salsa.
